Room rate is: $127.53 per night, including taxes.

Special Amenities

Please tell the reservation agent if you need an ADA room at the time of your booking.  If you are driving free parking is available.

Transportation to the Hotel

The hotel airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. It is located at Zone 2 in the airport shuttle area at the Indianapolis International Airport.

Registration Information

Registration Fee is $170.00 for adults and $85.00 for children ages 3 to 12. $30.00 for children 3 years and under.

The registration fee includes the following:

  • Welcome Package with name button, itinerary, list of attendees and local information
  • Thursday Welcome Dinner Buffet
  • Friday tour of Indianapolis, tour of the American Legion National Headquarters and a lunch at the Rathskeller Restaurant afterward
  • Saturday morning Membership Meeting
  • Saturday morning classes
  • Saturday night Banquet Dinner and Program
  • Sunday Farewell Breakfast Buffet
  • Hospitality Room stocked with snacks, beverages and cocktails all 3 days

Remember, survivors, convoy members and replacements DO NOT PAY REGISTRATION FEES. Those will be paid by the association.  It is our way of saying ‘Thank you for your service’.

We invite all people who would like to attend our gathering to please join us in Indianapolis this year.  We are constantly looking to connect with survivors, their families, NOK’s (next-of-kin) of non-survivors and any KMF-26 Convoy members or replacement troops.  These reunions are for all of you.
