About the Reunion
Registration Fee is $195.00 for adults, $120.00 for children ages 4-10 and $20.00 for children under the age of 4.
The registration fee includes the following:
- Welcome Package with name button, itinerary, list of attendees and local information
- Wednesday Welcome Reception
- Thursday – Tour of Gettysburg
- Friday optional Tour of Hershey’s Chocolate World
- Saturday morning – Membership Meeting
- Saturday classes
- Saturday night – Banquet Dinner & Program
- Sunday morning – Farewell Breakfast Buffet
- Hospitality Room stocked with snacks, beverages & cocktails all 4 days
Registration and Payment are due no later than June 5, 2023. If you need to cancel, please contact Deborah Sanchez at (408) 656-2246. Cancellations after May 15, 2023 are non-refundable.

The group reservation code is: Rohna Survivors Memorial Association. Make sure to mention this at the time of your booking.
Please advise the reservation agent at the time of your booking if you require an ADA room. If you are driving, free parking is available.

The hotel’s airport shuttle runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Contact the hotel 48 hours in advance of your arrival to give them your flight information. Call (717) 939-7841 ext. 1.
REMEMBER, Survivors, Convoy members and Replacements DO NOT PAY REGISTRATION FEES. These will be paid by the association. It is our way of saying “Thank you for your service.”
