About the Reunion
Registration Fee is $190.00 for adults
$126.00 for children ages 4-11
The registration fee includes the following:
- Welcome Package with name button, itinerary, list of attendees and local information
- Friday City Tour
- Saturday morning – Membership Meeting
- Saturday night – Banquet Dinner & Program
- Sunday morning – Farewell Breakfast Buffet
- Hospitality Room stocked with snacks, beverages & cocktails all 3 days

Breakfast Buffet is available Friday & Saturday in the Windows Restaurant at a discounted rate of $20.00 per guest. Farewell Breakfast Buffet on Sunday is included in the registration price.
Call the hotel make your room reservations no later than March 30, 2026.

IF YOU STAY EXTRA NIGHTS, THE ROOM RATE IS AVAILABLE 3 DAYS PRE AND POST – BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
If you have any problems making your reservation, CALL THE REUNION BRAT at 253-247-1618. Give us your reservation confirmation number and we will make sure you get the correct room and rate.
Please tell the reservation agent at the time of your booking if you require an ADA room.
The hotel does not have an airport shuttle. Use Uber or Taxi.
Parking at the hotel is at a discounted rate of $24 per day.
REMEMBER, Survivors, Convoy members and Replacements DO NOT PAY REGISTRATION FEES. These will be paid by the association. It is our way of saying “Thank you for your service.”
