Hello. My uncle, Harold Rosen was lost at sea during the tragedy. He was in the 853 army-airforce division.
I have been intensely searching for someone who knew him. He is from Brooklyn, New York, and had just turned 18 like so many men.
Any info would be appreciated.
Since my dad (his brother) passed away, I have continued the search on his behalf.
